If you’re not in love with any product you ordered, please accept our sincere apologies. We’ll do our best to make it up to you! Just send an email to within 30 days of receiving your item(s), and we will take care of the rest. 


To expedite the process, below is a list of helpful information to include in your email:

  • Your order number, confirmation email, or receipt
  • The item(s) you’d like returned
  • The reason you’d like to return the item(s)

What if I received the wrong product? :(

If you received a different product from what you ordered, we are so sorry! Please contact with your order details and we’ll get that sorted out for you. 

Of course, if you end up liking the product you received more than the one you originally ordered, you are more than welcome to keep it. In the event the product you received costs less than the one you originally ordered and paid for, we’ll gladly refund you the difference.
