For now, My Dog Flower is setup best for shoppers in the United States (but we do hope to grow and better serve the international market in the future!)

If you are an American shopper, we do ask for your patience when it comes to shipping. Here’s why:

We source products from all over the world, and from multiple different manufacturers. Around 85% of the products on our site ship from another country and have to pass through customs. And if you’ve ever traveled international before, you know what a headache that can be...!

As such, packages can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to arrive at your door from the date of shipment. Customized, personalized, and handmade products can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

The overall time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes, prepares, and then finally ships the order, which takes anywhere from 2 - 7 days. 
2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the manufacturing warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped internationally by e-packet (a USPS service). After processing and leaving the warehouse, items take between 7 and 21 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer on occasion. 

Rest assured: our free shipping method offered is one of the most reliable international shipping options available (without paying hundreds of dollars for overnight air delivery from private providers).

If it's been 45 days or more since placing your order, and you still haven't received it, please email mydogflower1@gmail.com with your order number or invoice and we will look into that immediately for you.
